What connects me with SoTL?

My love of research & how it can help us serve out students better. It started with my teaching-focused position at Rowan – the research that would help me get tenure was research on teaching (since it counted for “professional development”). I was more than happy to start a few projects, and my existing passion for both research & teaching blossomed from there!
