Klaudja Caushi (United States) is an Associate Director at Northeastern University’s Center of Teaching and Learning Through Research (CATLR), where she supports faculty conducting SoTL studies with a focus on artificial intelligence. She holds a doctorate in Chemistry Education Research with expertise in STEM education and asset-based pedagogy.

What connects me with SoTL is my curiosity about how students learn and my commitment to making teaching more inclusive and meaningful. My background in chemistry education research sparked that interest, and my work at CATLR allows me to explore it alongside faculty and students across disciplines.
