Institution
Thompson Rivers University, British Columbia, Canada. We have about 30% international students and 10% Indigenous students at our institution. I develop and facilitate institution-wide teaching and learning programs for faculty.
What connects me with SoTL?
My PhD is in Education, so I am unofficially conducting SoTL research before I became an educational development faculty in 2023. At our Center, we support SoTL research and I have collaborated with colleagues on various SoTL projects including one focusing on AI in teaching and learning. I am also an associate editor with the Canadian Journal for the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning. I joined ICWG because I value different perspectives in teaching and learning, and I am particularly interested in how AI is shaping the future of higher education.

- I have a cat and I speak Korean to him!
